{11june2010: flashback Friday}

Last year the weather was much nicer than it has been in Seattle and we went to Discovery Park for a picnic!

(I bought this beer cause I thought the can was so cute..... never again.  Seattle has way better beer choices.)

It's funny because the "sports bra" she wears today is the same one she's wearing in these pictures (Wonder Walker Body Halter).  We started out with a Large that we had at its smallest size so we didn't have to keep buying more as she grew.
Hopefully this weekend will be as nice as it was a year ago so we can have a picnic in a park!

  1. I bet you are so happy with the health news, no matter what the weather, you'll be celebrating :) And so are we, for our Darwin!!!

  2. I would just like to echo Twinkie's comments.
I can't wait to see what Dr.Kelleher accomplishes with Darwin!

  3. I love Jack's halter, but he thinks it's a bit ugly, so he runs every time I have to put it on!

  4. What pawesome pikhs!

    Happy Weekend!

PeeEssWoo: Mom says that isn't the worst beer choice woo khould have made - in fakht, when her brother was home from China over the holidays he bought khase upon khase of that - plus that is one of the beers he drinks there - but YES: woo have awesome Seattle choices!!!

  5. O Darwin you were just the cutest puppy and have turned into such a beautiful girl! :)

We hope the weather is goof for your trip to Discovery Park this year!

    Licks and lots of Slobber,
    Lexi and Jasper

  6. Hey Darwin! You should have more than one sports bra even if you don't really need it. Sometimes you just don't feel like pink, right?

I can't believe the total starvation diet you are on. I can barely maintain my weight on 10 cups / day. The good news is that the supplemental foodables look wonderful.

  7. Today we celebrate UNITY in DIVERSITY with Maxmom and with all of the wonderful dog-blogs that have taken the spirit of the World Cup and made it MORE - made it an exercise in understanding, tolerance and community.

Today we cheer for the United States of America on our bloggy and welcome you with open paws to celebrate with us☺

You were such a cutie patootie when you was a little baby.

  8. I remember that picture from last year! We saw a dane this weekend walking down the street with their owner. We yelled at them so that we could see her... she reminded me so much of Darwin! She was a big chicken though and wouldn't let me near her.

  9. I LOVE these pix! I am especially drawn to the one of the back of your head, Darwin, but I don't know why. Your ears are just SO expressive!
